A single storey brick veneer home, originally purchased and renovations were carefully planned. A major renovation was undertaken and was designed for comfort as a family home and showing off workmanship by local tradesmen.

While living in the existing home, most of the renovation design elements had been detailed and executed to suit the lifestyle of the owners. A key element to the design was keeping the single storey home, as you enter the property from the street, the living spaces within the home are on the ground floor inside and out. The property owners favoured this living option as kept the daily functions of the home simple, where a two storey home created separation within the family a home built around the family's lifestyle.

Defining the qualities of the materials used and how they were executed created the perfect collaborative spaces within the property and is suited to the Gold Coast climate.
