A young family of five envisaged a unique modern property capturing the waterfront lifestyle on the Southern Gold Coast.
An attractive 3 level design by Jared Poole Design embraces the natural light and clever use of zones which takes full advantage of the block. The solid construction is home to a savvy use of living, entertaining, exercise, work, sleep, technology and outdoor play areas.
With minimalists lines and effortless detailing the finishes presented complex structural and design issues which demanded a high attention to detail and craftsmanship.
This was an exceptional collaborative effort between Client, Designer and the DB Build Team.
