'The Pavilion' extends across 40 metres of ocean frontage. Bold arched forms, layered masonry, natural stone and deeply sheltered outdoor spaces give the home a strong architectural presence while remaining connected to its beachfront setting.
The design combines sculptural geometry with a relaxed coastal character, creating generous living spaces that open towards the ocean while maintaining privacy, shade and protection from the elements.
A refined palette of timber, glass and textured finishes brings warmth and depth throughout, complemented by vaulted ceilings, expansive openings and carefully considered detailing that strengthens the connection between the architecture, interiors and coastal environment.
