After years of being holiday let for short and long term accommodation, the Clients made the decision to refurbish their apartment to start making memories with the extended family and friends.
The existing space was stripped back to a bare shell while leaving the structural elements to allow for a full re-design of bedrooms, hallway & the kitchen space. With constraints around not having the freedom to move the water services along with incorporating air conditioning into the design a final plan was finalised which best suited the overall aesthetics to allow the construction work to begin.
