In early 2024 we completed our dream home in Mermaid Beach, Lavarack House. We initially contracted Darren Greenaway from BDA Architects to design and oversee the construction of our family home. We were very impressed with the creative design making effective use of a corner Block. BDA managed the entire process, from soil testing and surveys to the negotiation with certifiers, local government for all DA approvals. Darren also introduced us and recommended a great builder who worked closely with the architect and ourselves to make sure everything went to plan.
From a client's perspective, the answer is simple, a great architect working with an even greater Builder. We were very fortunate to engage Daniel Boots from DB Build to build our architect designed Home. They turned out to be a brilliant choice. They worked off the plans and delivered us the Home we were hoping for. Daniel and his team of tradespeople were a joy to have on-site. The administrator was also incredibly helpful. The whole DB Build team was highly professional in everything they did. They were consultative, offered valuable advice and were also a friendly, positive team to have around.
